Per CDC recommendation, people who are fully vaccinated no longer need to wear face coverings or physically distance outdoors and indoors. 

However, SINCE WE ARE A HEALTHCARE SETTING, MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED UPON ENTRY EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN VACCINATED.
